The Name

Flynn Hill is named after the steep (nearly-impossible-to-hike-up-kind-of-steep) mountain behind my maple sugaring operation.

We call that section of taps 'Flynn Hill' which, without further explanation, means our most challenging area. It represents planning, execution, and hard work.

How we do what we do

5 years ago I got back into solar for the second time. Originally we were focused on pile driven systems which were challenging because we couldn't efficiently handle rocky areas, ledge and refusals in general.

So this time around I wanted a system that was an all in one solution. It took us a few years to refine but we now show up to install foundations for a residential sized system in one mobilization no matter what's below the surface. Additionally we've built a racking installation team which allows us to provide a panel ready solution for residential ground mounts.
